Can I pay to the driver?

Payment must be done prior the trip for the booking to be %100 confirmed.

If my flight is delayed, will the driver know?

Yes, we track every single flight.

How long will the driver wait for me?

You have 90 minutes on international/60 minutes on domestic free after flight landing, after that an extra waiting time will be charged.

Can you send me the driver’s contact information?

We will send you your driver’s information the day before.

Does the service include taxes, tolls and gratuity?

The service includes taxes and tolls. Gratuity is optional.

Where would the driver pick me up at the airport when I arrive?

It would be a curbside pick up. When the flight landed and you claim your luggage, you’ll contact the driver and he would give you the pick up information. We’ll send you the driver’s information the day before your trip. If you choose the meet and greet option the driver will meet you at baggage claim .

What is your cancellation policy?

24 hours before no fee. If the flight gets cancelled we do full refund.

Can we include car seats on the service?

Each car seat has a cost of $15 extra.

What is the minimum hours for an hourly service?

Minimum 3 hours.
