Baggage restrictions

Our luggage policy is outlined depending on the type of service you request. When booking, please carefully review the luggage restrictions that comply with the vehicle's luggage capacity. Bringing excessive or oversized luggage may result in the service not being provided or having to order an additional vehicle, incurring additional charges.

How can I find you at the airport?

Arrival instructions vary by airport and service type. Your driver will usually call or text you, or you will receive a text with arrival instructions on a contact number. If you have booked a Meet and Greet service, your driver will usually meet you in the airport lobby with a sign.

What types of vehicles do you offer?

We offer a range of vehicles to suit your needs, and you can select a specific model when booking on our website. Our fleet consists of brand new vehicles that are well maintained and serviced regularly to ensure the comfort and safety of our passengers.

How do I book a trip?

You can book a ride through our online booking website, WeChat, LINE or by calling our 24/7 customer service. Our online booking system is easy to use and you can book your trip in just a few clicks.

How far in advance should I book my trip?

We recommend that you book your ride at least 72 hours in advance to ensure a driver is available. However, in emergency situations, we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

What is the waiting time at the airport?

At the airport: The time starts counting after the flight arrives. Our free waiting time for international flights is 90 minutes, and the free waiting time for domestic flights is 60 minutes.

How do I cancel my reservation?

We understand that circumstances may change your travel plans. Please note that credit card processing fees will be charged on all transactions, regardless of whether the reservation is cancelled or not.

Cancellation more than 2 days after the booking date, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded (minus bank charges)
If the trip is cancelled within 24-48 hours of the booking date, 50% of the paid amount will be refunded;
If the trip is cancelled within 24 hours before the booking date, the paid amount will not be refunded;

How do I pay for my ride?

You can pay for your ride through our website using a credit or debit card. We also accept Zelle® transfers, WeChat, and Alipay.
